Gear clusters

F500 specification close ratio gears available. To fit the taller first gear requires a complete new mainshaft and this can be very costly. A more practical option is to fit the the second and third gears from the Formula gearbox. This is also kinder on the clutch for general use and is the system fitted to the Laverda Corse race machines

Gas Flowing

Cylinder head gas flowed by one of the UKs leading race engine builders to the same specification as my own F2 machine. The ports are carefully re-profiled with careful attention to the critical valve seat area and the valves themselves.

Price is dependent upon condition of the head but will be approx £350

Re-boring

Reboring is one of the most critical areas of an engine rebuild. We use one of the UKs most respected race engine specialists. You will not find better!
